How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return your order, please contact us at hello@helmiajewelry.com within 14 days of receiving your product. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.

Return Option

Postal Return

Finland: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping number. Write the shipping number on top of your package and bring it to the nearest Posti service point.

Europe: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you a return shipping label. Print out the label and attach it on top of your package. Bring your package to the nearest post service point.

  • Switzerland: €41.60
  • United Kingdom: €29.30

This fee will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may return the items at your own expense using a courier of your choice.

Condition of Returned Products

To ensure a full refund, please return the items in their original condition—unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. If the returned product shows signs of wear or is not in its original condition, the refund may be reduced accordingly.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

While we do not offer direct exchanges, you are welcome to return your item and place a new order for the desired product. Please follow the return process outlined above and then proceed to purchase your new item.

Claims for Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days at hello@helmiajewelry.com. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve the problem quickly.

Unclaimed Parcels

Unclaimed parcels returned to us will not be considered as a standard return. A fee of €25 will be charged to cover the handling costs of unclaimed orders.
